Description: Medical Center is seeking BC/BE Endocrinologist to join our practice - Outpatient-focused practice with shared after hours call coverage (telephone only) - Typical Monday through Friday schedule with dedicated administrative time - Average Daily Patient Census 18-22 patients - Strong primary care network consisting of 50 providers - Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of the endocrine system, including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, and pituitary conditions - Develop and manage individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices - Interpret laboratory results, imaging studies, and diagnostic tests - Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Collaborate with primary care physicians, specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals - Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards - Stay current with advancements in endocrinology through continuing medical education - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research (if applicable) - Competitive salary commensurate with experience - Incentive compensation structure based on WRUV production - Medical Education Debt Assistance - Residency/Fellowship Stipend - Relocation expenses - Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance - Vacation, health, dental, vision benefits CME, Licensure, Dues, Subscriptions annual allowance provided - Retirement plan with employer contribution
