Description: San Antonio, TX area Hospital is seeking Locum Emergency Medicine physician to provide coverage starting 9/14/2026 - Contract length: 3 months to 1 year - Shift Details: MD Hours: 7am-7pm; 7pm-7am - Open to Locum-to-perm or Perm - No call - Trauma Level Designation: Level IV - Admission Percentage 6.9% - Average Patients per Hour: 1.2 - Transfer Rate: 6.1% - Pediatric Visits: 22% - Specialty Back-Up: Hospitalist, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Cardiology without intervention, Orthopedics, Podiatry - EMR: Meditech - BC/EM or BC/FP/IM with ED experience - ACLS, ATLS, PALS required for FP/IM only - Active TX license or IMLC required
