Description: Northern New York State Hospital is seeking a Locum BC/BE CRNA to provide coverage starting 12/20/2026 --6 overnight call shifts within a 2-week period --Two coverage options: - Option 1: Three consecutive 12-hour overnight shifts (7pm–7am); no daytime coverage required; provider selects 3 nights between Monday–Thursday - Option 2: 8-hour day shift (7am–3pm) followed by home call (3pm–7am); schedule is Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday with post-call days off Monday, Wednesday, and Friday --Primary need is overnight coverage --Inpatient, OB, epidurals, general anesthesia, and scheduling surgeries --CRNA supervision may be involved --Must be comfortable in a rural critical access setting --Patient volume 10–15 --Active New York license required --Epic experience required --BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
