Description: Facility is seeking a BC/BE Physician for Medical Director of Occupational Health and Preventive Medicine position — 0.6 FTE; combination of direct patient care and administrative leadership -- Oversee APP teams across Occupational Medicine, Employee Health, Direct-to-Employer Services, Medical Weight Management, Bone Health, Virtual Urgent Care, Remote Patient Monitoring, and Hybrid Occupational Health/Urgent Care programs -- Clinical leadership responsibilities include medical oversight and consultation for APPs and interdisciplinary teams, establishing evidence-based clinical standards and protocols, and ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance -- Provider leadership responsibilities include clinical supervision, performance management, professional development, quality and productivity oversight, recruitment support, and competency assessment -- Lead growth and innovation initiatives across occupational health and preventive medicine programs -- Partner with business development and employer health teams to enhance employer-facing services -- Serve as physician liaison to employer clients and community partners -- Support employer health strategies including workforce wellness, injury prevention, return-to-work programs, surveillance programs, and regulatory medical services -- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and occupational medicine regulations -- Reports to Vice President of Virtual and Employer Health -- Background in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred -- Prior experience in Occupational Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Employer Health, Population Health, Virtual Care, or physician leadership strongly encouraged -- Board Certification in Occupational Medicine preferred -- MRO Certification required upon hire or within an established timeframe -- MPH preferred
