Description: Seeking a BC Gynecologic Surgeon to join our established Women's Health team --100% Gynecology practice with no obstetrics or labor and delivery call --This position offers the opportunity to focus exclusively on gynecologic care and surgery without obstetrical responsibilities. --The physician will work alongside two experienced clinicians in a collaborative, patient-centered practice providing comprehensive gynecologic services to a diverse patient population. --This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys a broad range of gynecologic care, values team-based practice and seeks an excellent work-life balance in a thriving outpatient and surgical setting. --Join a collegial Women's Health team consisting of two clinicians and dedicated support staff --Established referral network from primary care and specialty providers within the Clinic --Opportunity to develop and grow a gynecologic surgery program --Access to modern surgical facilities and technology --Provide comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care across the lifespan. --Diagnose and manage a wide range of benign gynecologic conditions. --Perform office-based procedures and gynecologic surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures. --Collaborate with Women's Health, Primary Care, and specialty providers to deliver coordinated patient care. --Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives. --Mix of outpatient clinic, office procedures, and surgical cases --Supportive leadership and physician-led culture --24-month salary guarantee, sign-on bonus, and relocation --Comprehensive benefits including paid malpractice & tail, 401k match, generous CME and personal leave --Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $291,500 - $501,000. --Required: 2 or more years of experience
