Description: Facility is seeking a BC/BE Functional Medicine Physician to join a newly launched Institute of Health Improvement and Longevity
- Serve as a core member of an interdisciplinary foundational team focused on prevention, health optimization, and healthy longevity
- Collaborate with geriatricians, functional medicine physicians, specialists, psychologists, physical therapists, dietitians, pharmacists, and nurses
- Perform detailed medical evaluations including lifestyle, environmental, nutritional, metabolic, and psychosocial assessments
- Develop individualized care plans using evidence-based functional and precision medicine principles
- Interpret advanced laboratory testing and incorporate findings into treatment plans
- Provide longitudinal care with emphasis on prevention, early intervention, and sustainable lifestyle change
- Prescribe medications, nutritional therapies, supplements, and other treatments as medically indicated
- EMR: Epic
- Experience with chronic inflammatory, autoimmune, metabolic, hormonal, or GI disorders preferred
- Formal training or certification in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, or Nutrition preferred
- BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Preventive Medicine required
