Description: Faciltiy is seeking a BC/BE Palliative Care Physician to join an established team
- 4-day work week, 10-hour shifts; no weekends; no call
- Join a team of 2 physicians and 3 nurse practitioners dedicated to inpatient and outpatient palliative care
- Provide consultation services for hospitalized patients with complex chronic and serious illnesses
- Opportunity to develop and expand outpatient palliative care services
- Collaborate with oncology, cardiology, pulmonology, neurology, nephrology, critical care, hospital medicine, and primary care providers
- Focus on symptom management, goals-of-care discussions, advance care planning, and patient and family support
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care coordination
