Description: Seeking a BC/BE Gynecologic Oncologist to join Cancer Center. Currently 5 physicians, and 5 APPs covering practices. Work hours are 8:00-4:30 M-F This is NOT a consult only practice. Providers do take call and potentially have to go into the hospital. Call is 3:1 in the P3 market (APPs sometimes takes call); 2:1 in 2 other markets. Also have a clinical nurse navigator. Seeing about 12-16 patients a day. Office procedures include: Endometrial biopsies, Cervical IUPs, etc. System-wide Epic EMR Chemotherapy and surgical nurse navigators assigned to practice Cancer Institute chemotherapy infusion unit at main office campus Radiation oncology at main office campus Dedicated oncology floor newly opened Cancer Institute palliative care program at practice location Active interventional radiology program with diagnostic and therapeutic skills Full time geneticist assigned to program Medical admissions by hospitalist service Fully Integrated relationship with medical oncology or manage own chemotherapy patients Nurse practitioner manages survivorship and inpatient services Expert and compassionate preventive and treatment services for women with gynecologic cancer and other complex conditions of the female reproductive system High volume robotic surgery program with dedicated Xi robotic block time guaranteed Robust onboarding programs, training, and follow-up to support success for new providers.
