At International Medical Placement, Ltd. (IMP) we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of customer service in the physician recruitment industry.

Based in Buffalo, New York, IMP uses a variety of methods to recruit and attract candidates to our company and your opening. We recruit in all specialties and, in addition to our regular advertising and promotion, conduct recruitment seminars to residency programs throughout the Great Lakes region.

We work on both a retained and contingency basis with our clients and all prospective candidates are prescreened by an IMP recruiter/consultant to determine their level of interest in your opportunity prior to presentation to you.

As an added value to our clients, we do list all practice opportunities on our website free of charge. Openings are formatted and accessible by both specialty and state for easy access to the physician.
